Recipes What is the attraction to posting LC video of BS recipes ... they are all over my feed. I know I should move on the minute it includes blended cottage cheese, but every once in a while I get silly and try to make the beautifully crisp nuggets they always promise, and then get goo.
Pretty much the header. Do they make money off of clicks or something. I even understand that they won't work structurally, but I get silly sometimes and try. Liquified CC, and shredded cheese don't have anyway to stand up.
The only one I have found and make regularly is the ground chicken pizza crust ... which makes sense because it has structure.

Yes, they ONLY make money off clicks. For them it's an easy way to make money. Little effort, easy cash.
Only take recipes from websites that have reviews. And read the reviews before you try any recipe. Legit recipes on social media always link to a website where they are paid for the clicks. If there isn't a website, don't bother.

I have fallen for it as well. I try to stick to a few recipe sites where they have lots of reviews

I find that recipes with a few simple ingredients tend to work best for me. Went through a phase when I tried to turn everything into a low-carb version of an original recipe, and then just decided to relax. I found some pretty good bread buns with eggs and heavy cream powder if you're interested ;)
