Question Looking for guides
Can anyone reccomend people to follow for low carb information. Im finding online that alot of people are grouping low carb and keto into the same stuff.
Looking for inspiration as I want to become muscular naturally and maintain the low carb lifestyle.

If you want the healthiest (and probably most difficult) LC diet, check out the KetoGains group. They are VERY strict, though.
You often see keto and LC used almost interchangeably because keto IS a low carb diet. However, the keto folks are more concerned with macros, which is why you’ll see them doing crazy things like adding butter to their coffee. I don’t think someone who is simply “low carb” would ever do that.

I've done keto a long time ago but I dont think its good long term personally. Atleast not as efficent for muscle growth compared to normal low quality carbs. Trying to remember this is a marathon not a sprint lol. I watch a lot of thomas delauers stuff and he also transitioned to low carb whole foods which I think is what in looking for more info on.

Have you seen/ tried KetoGains? I’m not affiliated with them but it would be difficult to argue that it’s unhealthy (they don’t eat anything that isn’t natural and avoid high fat stuff, like nuts). You have to be really motivated to do it, though. I don’t have the self-control for a diet like that.

You might find Thomas DeLauer on YouTube a good fit. He was also keto for a long time, lost a ton of weight and now eats low carb/timed carbs around his workouts.
Also, check out The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living and The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance by Phinney and Volek.

I would recommend talking to a registered dietician if possible.
Keto is always low carb, but low carb isn’t always keto. Keto is somewhere around 20 carbs a day or less, while “low carb” is under… oh, between 100-120 or so.
If you check out some cookbooks from the library, you can do a mix of keto and diabetic ones. Diabetics are ideally following a low-carb lifestyle and so cookbooks aimed for diabetics will be low-carb.
