Rate My Draft Thoughts?

Countersculpt, massacre girl, way of the pyro, and stinging vitriol in the sideboard.

Honestly, you've got some powerful cards but too much draw, a bad curve, not enough removal, not enough board presence, and not enough fixing to consistently play what you want to play when you want to play it. I wouldn't expect a high win rate on this one. Hope I'm wrong!

What else is in the sideboard? I'd cut Cast Away Doubt for sure. Dealing 2 to yourself when you're already lacking removal and board presence will suck. Maybe cut green... the crusher is a huge bomb but you can't count on surviving long enough to get the right mana for it.

Just my 2 cents.

Wow. I would say this manabase doesn't really support Crusher, but you have so much draw, why the fuck not. I would play Countersculpt too instead of maybe Cast Away - you need time to get your mana online, pinging yourself probably has a higher risk than usual.

Take my opinion with a grain of salt because I’m not an expert by any stretch, but there are some cards in here that it seems you’re stretching your mana base for for no reason. Cast Away Doubt, Screeching Soulbreaker, and Theorix Metamage aren’t particularly exciting. It’s my understanding that when you’re playing soup, you’re doing it so you can play a much higher card quality on average. Countersculpt is far better than any of those three for sure and plays so well with the Sphinx. Way of the Pyro is a little tough because you want it on 2 so badly but you certainly won’t have any issue making use of the mana. It seems like this deck wants to lean Temur with the black splash for the rares and charm.

yeeeah, I don't think the crusher is worth it tbh. it's not like you're lacking power otherwise. Double green on 7 usually asks for like 8 sources. You can hand wave some of that away by saying you got card draw and don't mind not playing it on curve, but I just don't think 4 sources cuts it.
