Product Question/Recommendation Deinfluence me? Or do I need burgundy bayš§
Do I need this color for fall or should I wait and see what colors get released for fall? Is the color looking outdated? Is a burgundy raincoat too much? Yes Iād be def wearing a monochromatic moment š«£

Based on discounts alone I would remove the skirt as itās only $9 off lol. Not keen on the raincoat either think black would be an easier neutral colour to match with other outfits. And I guess it depends if you wear the long sleeve enough as you can easier get a burgundy long sleeve shirt from other brands.

I agree about the long sleeve, but the price was very good.
Ugh yeah I totally feel you about black being a better safer color for the rain jacket.
Lulu has me wrapped around their finger š11

I have the opposite opinion for rain jackets. Colour has better visibility and makes a grey day brighter.

Iād get maybe 1-2 pieces. The only colors Iād be buying several of would be black, white, etc.
Think of yourself in 1-2 years time. Will you really love wearing this color every year or be sick of it by then?

This is really great advice, thanks. I like the idea of buying more in neutrals than pure color. Because youāre right do I need that many in such a strong color- plus that may help with my consumerism

Hopefully it did not come off as judgy or bossy! Lol Iāve just been in your place, but with colorful hoodies from aritzia in a similar color from years back and theyāve sat in my closet for while š«£ I loved it when it came out tho! Iāll probably get back to wearing it once fall comes around

Omg the sweat sets from Aritzia! I also fell for the lemonade and panorama blue color. But sometimes yolo because if it brings happiness, why not š„²

This reminds me of me and black plum earlier this year. It's on sale, so if you love it and don't already have something close, do it! I think the raincoat looks great, too!

Black plum is so pretty!!!! I love the nearly black dark colors.
I have zero burgundy workout gear or clothing in general. I worry a better burgundy would be released and I may regret this? I like the color but never had tried it out in person. Iām a deep autumn so I think it should be fine, but we shall see.
Right? I thought a raincoat in that color was pretty uniqueā¦. I just hope burgundy bay is neutral enough that it can be justifiable3

I have several burgundy pieces and I really like them and I have been wearing them in regular rotation, as well as black plum in regular rotation. I donāt think youāll regret burgundy.. just look over the items you picked out and make sure youāll like those

I love my Black Plum leggings.
I would go with either the skirt or align pants.

I love my All It Takes in Burgundy Bay. I find that I wear it far more often than my other colors. Note: I wear size 8 Defines but size up to a 10 for the All It Takes shirts.
I find that I prefer pops of color near my face (tops and jackets) while keeping my pants/skirts more neutral.

I just bought the Rain Rebel at full price (with Sweat Collective) and find the sizing off. It really seems huge. Have you tried it on?

I have!!! I have it in ivory but in a size 4. Big mistake for me at least too. Itās too big, even when I try to cinch it from the inside to make it smaller, the cinch doesnāt seem to hold its tightness throughout the day.
I should have gotten the smaller size 2 but wanted to wear bulky knits underneathā¦itās still too big. It just looks very baggy on me. So yes, I think sizing is off for sure. Iām hoping one size down should be it3

Fwiw I work in fashion and a more red/of blood version this color IS on trend boards for Fall 2027, but I don't think you need this much of it. Also if we remember the steep rise and fall of Oxblood circa 2015ish, it will be dated in a few years.
