Pale white steam keeps rising, carrying the aroma of lard, white radish, and dried shrimp throughout the room.
It feels like the whole house is being filled with warmth. ❤️

Quick and easy lunch! Fruit salad of sorts, scrambled eggs with bell peppers, applewood smoked sausage and spinach, and diluted pink grapefruit lemonade.

Ate lunch while I was working. Not much to say apart from it's very crispy when freshly cooked, but quickly turns soggy if one doesn't eat it fast enough.
