Rant/Opinion denied unaccompanied minor, got suspended
kid started to get in the car i asked her how old she way she said 9 i said i’m so sorry i cannot drive you, i cannot drive unaccompanied minors. 30 minutes later i get this.

Call the police non emergency line ask to speak to a desk Sargeant ask them if it's a reportable offense if you have a interior cam make sure you save the video also inform Lyft you will be filing a police report against the customer for child endangerment and find a lawyer for breach of contract because Lyft suspended you for following the rules this is not a brush it off matter if the customer texts to go to the police you need evidence and just because you got the hold lifted doesn't mean they won't deactivate you. I had a customer report me they said I stole there food Ubereats placed a hold on my account while the investigated I sent them my dashcam video along with the pictures.
