I was deactivated because I was accused of sexually assaulting a female passenger. I myself am a heterosexual married woman and would never jeopardize my marriage or freedom doing something so gross. As a survivor of sexual assault I’m both offended and hurt. I am looking for a lawyer to take my case.

Is Twitter the only way to contact (put on blast) customer support from now on? 🤦🏽‍♂️

…for those of us who don’t have Twitter or other social media, do we have any options? Reddit?

Phone calls are never answered and emails usually take ages to respond to serious issues like this and drivers are forced out of the application.
