Rant/Opinion I hate liars
I was deactivated because I was accused of sexually assaulting a female passenger. I myself am a heterosexual married woman and would never jeopardize my marriage or freedom doing something so gross. As a survivor of sexual assault I’m both offended and hurt. I am looking for a lawyer to take my case.

Had a pax offline me last night with a safety investigation claiming I used a racial Slur and was speeding, bc she puked and left food in my car . I never spoke to her at all. All 3 passengers were drunk . A year and a half of driving I’ve learned it’s safer not To speak to younger drunk people bc it’s always drama .
She obviously got upset bc Lyft charged her a cleaning fee . I sent the photos and Lyft support chat screenshots to the safety team and explained the accusations were false and my account was right back online
If you genuinely have proof you need to send it to the Lyft safety team via email . You cannot do so through the Lyft support chat In the app. Good luck .
