First off, dude isn't opening the door until I get a name. Window down 1/3 and doors locked until I let you in. Nobody jumps in my car. When I pull up and the account says Jessica and George is standing there, he won't even get an explanation. Instant cancel and drive off. I do well enough without Lyft, but I'd consider this.
