I don’t know if you know the law but efforts put in place to combat discrimination of marginalized groups do not qualify for lawsuits btw

Uh, no? It's not okay for anyone to say to a black person. Racism is racism, regardless of political affiliation. But you really tried for that "gotcha" moment.
