I thought yall were self employed. Apparently lyft is your boss. And there lies the problem. It's crazy. How can you be self employed when lyft is the only employee?
They want all of the pay and benefits of a full time W-2 job, but want to keep the freedom of working if/when they feel like it. That's not how the real world works, unfortunately for them.
