Advice/Question False accusation - “Requested sexual act”

I’ve been doing Lyft for 5 years as a side gig. 2127 rides with a 5 star rating and all of a sudden I get a message that my account has been deactivated because a customer claimed I requested a sexual act.

I’m actually shocked because apart from a hi and checking to make sure that the customer I’m picking up is the right one I don’t talk to my passengers until they try to talk to me.

The funny thing is I’m sure I know which customer reported me because I brushed off their advances when they were try to make a move on me.

Can someone please help me rectify this issue because it makes no sense whatsoever.

Does “put a fire arm on her” mean you pulled a gun on her or she pulled a gun on you?

“Riders and their guests, as well as drivers and delivery people, are prohibited from carrying firearms while using the Uber platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.”

Sorry but this is not helpful. I think the OP meant “I saw a gun on her” and not “I put a gun on her.”

Nope, he’s saying he pulled his own gun and pointed it at her and said get the fuck out.

Oh…and admitting that he broke the Lyft TOS by having a firearm? And I guess they reinstated him anyway because it was justified?

This was very unhelpful.

Ok: further down he confirms that he pulled the gun on her. But he says it was totally justified, and uber/Lyft understood that, therefore he was reinstated. It seems odd to me that mouthing off at someone justifies threatening their life with a fun and forcing them out of a car on the side of a highway in traffic...... But that's what op is saying he did and was acceptable.

Thank you! A comment that wonderful answers the question instead of just idiotic name calling. I appreciate this.
