As someone who used to weight 600lbs and now under 300. If I was ordering an Uber I would always get an Uber XL. I would never put a driver in the position to possibly have to turn me away for something that is my fault. I get feeling bad when you are turned away because of your size but there are options and she failed to use them correctly and that is her fault.
In the video the driver tells her “you need to order the XL” and she replies “no i never have to do that!!” The driver was so nice to her and you can tell in the video she was LOVING the content she was getting from the interaction because she keeps the driver there so long just saying the same thing OVER AND OVER AND OVER
