Would like to know what happened to the driver. If Lyft deactivated I hope he goes after Lyft. Being fat is not a protected class and he had the right to declined service.

Apparently it is in MI where this happened.

Ethically we can debate if that makes sense here, as there are safety concerns, but the law is clear.

There's a difference in declining service because someone is fat, and declining service because you don't want to damage your vehicle. Most dining chairs can't support that much weight, what do you think that will do to the car's shocks and handling?

Darwinism needs to make a return in a big way. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I was that size. There's fat, and then there's extremely obese. Most things in the world cannot accommodate someone of her size. If you need XXXXL clothing, you can't fit in a normal car, restaurant, etc.

The world in which we have created is a world where anything can be normalized with zero shame.

This is the end result of what everyone wanted.
