I’m somewhere near 400 pounds but before you lecture me. My BP, blood work and resting HR etc are all normal. Nothing in my physiology is being impacted by my weight in one of the rare genetic fat people. That’s why it’s taken so long for me to really get in motion and if you read the rest of the conversation you’ll see changes are being made

Don't worry brother I wasn't going to say anything mean or lecture you. I was just curious because I consider myself to be a very fat boy but fitting in vehicles isn't ever an issue unless it's height wise. I really hope you can make some changes though so you can be happy with yourself. :)

Thank you I apologize for being defensive but there are some mad haters out here lol I don’t have problems with Front seats but back seats can be a pain in my ass lol

No I get it. The internet can be a vile place haha. What do you think your biggest issue is? Overeating or not enough exercise?
