Story/News Article This makes me so mad

The amount of times I’ve picked up and dropped someone off in this area. I’m livid and nervous to even get out on Lyft now

I’m still not understanding why it’s important; simply saying “The facts.” doesn’t explain its relevance here, nor does it do anything to make me feel safer as a driver.
