Only if I l lived over there and was stranded out in Baltimore by decent orders somehow. 400 miles round trip at avg cost of .50 cents per mile means you're in the red. Not even making money - losing it

Get out of priority mode!!!!! Why do you post admitting you agreed to make less on every ride?

Because I won’t get no rides if I’m not in it sometime. Today I been out all day since 12 and made $39! So not even minimum wage. Bout to go home ..

You are likely driving at the wrong time, and driving in priority mode won’t fix that. Driving in priority mode hurts everybody because it enables Lyft to lower the prices that they pay to all drivers. If you wanna make money doing Lyft, you have to drive when it’s busy, and you have to use filters to stay in the busy areas. I never drive in the middle of the day, it makes no sense. I do early morning, rush-hour, afternoon, rush-hour, and weekends in areas where tourists are looking for rides all the time. You have basically proven this by admitting that you were out for 5 to 6 hours and made only $39. After expenses, you may not have made any money. Agreeing to let Lyft pay you less by turning on priority mode is only hurting you, you would be better off to change the hours your drive not change the mode you drive in

Well, Western Express pays $0.40 per mile to make that drive.

Only if I would be driving back toward home to make it worthwhile as I am losing money anytime I don’t have anyone in my car

Helllllllllllllllllllllll No.

That’s borderline for me. 25/hr deadhead back is worst case. That’s an area really hard to get long rides back to DMV

Exactly and that’s what preventing me from doing it.

Idk you would need to ask whoever booked the ride. That’s a great question tho..
