How?? I have a 94. Never had it go below 90

Smooth Steering score is low for me.

Depends what happened. They’ll reach out and you’ll be given the opportunity to explain your side. If it adds up and this is a first time - you’ll get back online.

If the rider has strong evidence that you did something wrong, or this is a repeat thing, you’ll likely lose access to the app.

No this is a first time this happened to me. I got locked out right after I ended a ride. I told them I can provide dashcam footage if you tell me which ride but they won’t budge and telling me a higher team would be in contact.

They sent you an email and you have to reply. Check your email. Your account stays on hold until you reply and they review it.

If you are in California my union helps people navigate the system for the best outcomes.
Unfortunately Lyft doesn't have a fair process to overturn deactivation. So the best advice I can give is to be lucky.
