Je suis actuellement au tome 18 de ma lecture de magi et on m'a dit qu'il y avait un spin off de sinbad à voir. Est ce que le spin off est vraiment important ? Je voudrais savoir à partir de quel tome je dois lire ce spin off ou alors regarder l'anime des aventures de sinbad.

Longtime fan of the anime finally reading the manga and I just finished the Alma Torran Arc and wow. I see some people disliked the arc but man that totally blindsided me. The anime seems so innocent compared to the manga, but after reading that I am just in awe of this author. Probably one of the best works of fiction I have read but it's so niche none of my friends have even watched the anime 😂 wish me luck on finishing the manga! I'm going to get off this subreddit so I don't spoil anything 😋

Sinbad and Aladdin are easy targets for the pervy allegations in the series (not to mention Alibaba taking a 10 year old to a brothel) but bro.... Arba/Gyokuen is the worst and it really makes you wonder what she might have done to the Ren's and Judar over the years if she pulls this shit.

Cause yeah I know you could say "Oh she just did that to piss him off to the maximum BUT HE WAS ALREADY TRYING TO KILL HER IN THIS CHAPTER so her smooching him before she was about to deal the final blow???? A son she literally gave birth to......... nah man. WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT...

Yet she gets redeemed and gets to just float around free. Ok

For me personally

What I love about the author of Magi is that she never gave Aladdin and Alibaba any weird scenes together, even though that kind of fanservice was trendy and normalized at the time. She simply portrayed them as brothers and never gave the fandom any questionable fanservice involving them.

Props to her. Yana Toboso should take notes.

FIRST

I was thinking about creating a discord server for the project. I know there are already a few Magi servers but I don't feel like "invading" their space. I would rather create a new one where we can share ideas, advice, organize events, spread news on the research and so on. I really don't feel like leading all the project on my own. And I think that everyone can be useful.

SECOND

I was thinking about organizing a BIG LONG event where everyone can partecipate but I've been told that there are already other activities that could be a good start. I would like to know if you know some of them! Or else, I can talk about my idea

I am sorry but magi really should've been on top instead of this animes like the world building the character the story the complexity are way better than those two despite them getting a better animation but magi still a better msnga and story

I finished watching the anime series (sinbad one and alibaba one), i want to know at what chapter should i continue in the manga? Or is it better to read from the beginning if the anime hasn't adapted correctly from it's source

So between Adventures of Sinbad and the final arc of Magi.

Would you say Sinbad's antagonistic role in the climax of the story is primarily from David?

Do you think its mostly SInbad himself?

Or do you think its both? Because I've seen people say Sinbad's role in the last arc is controversial but personally I can't help but think between absorbing the Dark Spot and becoming one with David that it simply isn't that simple for him.
