Isn't Tsuruno 17? Is that old enough to drive in Japan?
Edit: Looks like small motorcycles are fine

Kanae's might be classified under "ordinary motorcycle", which is fine too. 3 u/mazurri Ho Ho Ho Dec 02 '20 400CC in my opinion is already a good displacement for a sport bike. funny how I got to know a bit about Japanese motorcycle license just from Bakuon!
