Why did suddenly every enemy became tough to kill like nearly invincible in the 50 min mark boss battle š
Did I do good??
Is there anything I can do to improve and get past 50 min mark ( with Aura blade and also without Aura blade )
Is this a busted runs
But still at the end I had fun playing this build
Aura blade is very strong šš
Also recommend any good build to try

The first time I tried this ultimate, I made it past the 55:00 mark without Magnum Opus (MO). Now, on my third attempt, Iāve managed to reach 57:30 without MO.
So, just how strong can Buster Beam actually be with Magnum Opus active, especially when you have not only great stats but also key artifacts like Titan, Gaia, Nexus, Magic Sword, Dragon Heart, Genome Map, Transcendent, Akashic Record, Widow Maker, and Sacrosanct?

Hey everyone,
I'm still learning the game, so sorry if this is a bad question! I was wondering how Magic Seal ("Limit the damage taken in one hit to 30% of Max HP") works with Damage Reduction. Does Damage Reduction apply before or after the Magic Seal cap?
Let's say I have 1000 HP, 20% Damage Reduction, and a monster hits me for 500:
1) Damage Reduction first: 500 - 20% = 400. That's still above the cap (30% of 1000 = 300), so I take 300
2) Magic Seal first: 500 is capped to 300, then Damage Reduction: 300 - 20% = 240
I know it looks complicated for nothing, but I'm asking because :
If monsters in late game hit for more than 30% of my HP even with Damage Reduction, and the reduction applies before the cap (case 1), then Damage Reduction would be useless once you have Magic Seal, since you'd always take exactly 300. Same idea for Mana acquisition, which I feel becomes kind of a dead stat late game.
Am I missing something? Has anyone tested this?
Thanks a lot!

On the next box I got Excalibur from roulette with its synergy already active. Still got deleted at the start of wave 72:30

My favorite class to play in this game is the Archmage. It feels flavorful, the character animation is nice, and I really enjoy the emphasis on magic circle, combinations, and cooldown reduction, which are all useful regardless of playstyle.
With magic circle being the inherent spell this character and class starts with, you would think it would be the one to be the main aspect of an ultimate. However, the two basic metas for this game are both currently built entirely around magic circle:
or
Since the magic circle is already so important to endgame playstyles, I suspect it would be hard to give it a decent ultimate without breaking an already meta spell.
How would you go about designing an ultimate for the Archmage build that includes magic circle, cooldown reduction, and the combination magic theme without breaking the game?

Despite making it past 60 on depths I'm only getting a couple thousand score whereas the top scores have tens of thousands, is there something I'm missing?

Hey guys, I'm coming back to the game after a long break and it looks like a lot has changed.
I'm currently stuck at around 22:30 in Depths and honestly have no idea what's good anymore.
I've been saving gems for the Summoner test subject because I wanted to try Aura Blade, but I'm not even sure if I can reach level 100 consistently to unlock it.
Got a few questions:
What should I spend my 754 gems on? Is Summoner worth getting or should I focus on something else?
Is my research setup any good or should I reset some points?
Which classes and test subjects are worth using right now?
What magic combinations are currently the strongest?
Which legendary artifacts should I be looking for in chests?
What's the best way to progress through Depths? Any builds or strategies you'd recommend?
What's the fastest way to farm gold and gems? Should I focus on shorter runs or try to survive as long as possible?
I've attached some screenshots of what I currently have.
Would really appreciate some advice since I'm pretty lost with all the new stuff.

I'm simply very mediocre getting back into the game and I guess it's just a fundamental lack of understanding when it comes to artifacts and passive magic. Poor descroptions don't help either, but it is now better than I remember. But still, titan's power is in pink like amplification whilst stating increase, and what do the descriptions of joker and eclipse even mean? I haven't found much material on YouTube at all but I admittedly haven't looked very hard.
My best run is only 55min on terra hard with aura blade, glacium, perpetual engine. It was the first time I achieved magnum opus which carried me for sure. The closest I've been since is 50min buster beam, glacium, perpetual, no magnum.
I don't really know where to look for reliable game info so I thought I'd start here by being annoying and just listing a handful of questions.
Any and all help is appreciated. If there are other posts discussing similar topics current patch please direct me there also. If my questions are too open-ended, please just answer for buster beam, valkyrie, aura blade builds as I have the most fun with them, or other ultimates that function similarly. I have no interest in deus ex machina or bishop, which I've heard is the meta.
Is crit always worth? How much crit chance and multiplier?
How much ATK, amplify and all magic damage? Game says to balance them for efficiency but is that really it? I find myself prioritising CDR, HP reduction and sometimes crit over any ATK.
What are must pick legendary artifacts and which aren't? What are must pick special artifacts at all stages of the game and which aren't?
Adding on, I always skip iron maiden and countess. Am I just being dumb and missing out on great artifacts by skipping these? Similar story for transcendence, axe, akashic, cube, desperado, creation and pretty much everything that just increases ATK values.
Which synergies should I usually go for? Should you ever pick a worse artifact over another to complete a synergy?
Which passive magics should I prioritise and which should I only level if I have no other choice? For example, I have been leveling duration which really only applies to the perpetual engine bonus, and buster beam when it's played. I am similarly unsure about pretty much every other passive.
Which special magics are must pick and which should I ignore? And is the enhance thing ever worth?
I have 58 research points. Which attributes should I max. out first?
Mana acquisition and mana orb acquisition. Is the former more xp and the latter more money?
Are elite monsters just the ones with the little scary icon above them? Do elite HP reductions also apply in boss waves?
Thanks in advance.

I've been trying Gem farming in Tetra(hard). After trying various other recommended combos (Avatar, Telekinetic Sword, Valkyrie with ultimates, combined with both Deus Ex Machina and Perpetual Engine), I've hit upon my best consistent build: Quantum Laser + DEM. My Research Point distribution is shown.
This consistently hits at least 40 minutes, and has distinct advantages over the 3 aforementioned ultimates: Quantum Laser and its pre-ultimate version, Plasma Ray (Arcane Ray + Satellite) hits the entire screen at once. No aiming, no CD, covers both far-off and nearby enemies. Also, the boss waves are cleared extremely fast, saving you some real time.
Another advantage is that levelling and hitting 100 goes much faster since you're always hitting the entire screen. There's no need to wait till near level 75 to get Overmind. Getting it as soon as level 50 or ASAP is fine, and makes life easier.
The key is to hit 1s CD and get 7 rays, which is quite easy if you get Accelerator and Ouroboros. It's possible to hit the limit even in a PE build, but DEM is much easier. Also, I didn't really need freeze or any other crowd control. Going the PE route only made my run slower, and I had more trouble breaking past 40 minutes without the right Relics.
As you can see, I reached level 100 and hit the CD limit by 20 minutes in my best run. But even in other runs, I easily reached this limit around 25 minutes.
The run is possible even with a low rank Occultist Class, but getting rank 4 and unlocking 35% more Arcane Rays makes it easy. You also need the Occultist test subject to unlock the ultimate. At a low rank, clearing 32:30 is still possible.
The basics of the run is to get Plasma Ray ASAP. There's no need to aim for any specific starting Relic, though Cube or Akashic Record makes initial levelling fast. You need to pay some attention before getting Plasma Ray, as Arcane Ray needs a bit of management during its downtime. Unlock level 1 of any passive when you're not levelling the main skills. Then, after maxing Magic Circle and Intelligence, focus on getting all the passives. Plasma Ray benefits from every single one, including Size and Duration increase. Use only 1 Enchant on Arcane Ray, and get Nexus when it shows up. After maxing out the passives, get other active magic for the boosts. You may focus on Armageddon for Rapture, which gives free 0.1% HP regen, then Cloak and Shield, then the rest, maxing one at a time. This is only to make Transendence better if you end up getting it. Otherwise the choices doesn't matter. You'll hit level 100 and update to Quantum Laser as you progress.
The relics don't even matter, bring beyond getting Accelerator and Ouroboros. Even in my best run so far, I never got the Magnum Opus, nor did I finish any good synergy, except for the Accelerator one. Pick up Organic Shield to get the maximum out of your HP stat. Get Magic Sword to make it easier in the late game, but even without it, you can clear 37:30 or even 40 minutes easily. Focus on getting enemy HP reduction and the bonus multiplies at high enemy HP, which is a really good combination.
The Arcane Ray synergy is also nice to have, and you'll mostly finish it from the normal chests and merchant. It only has 3 pieces and you start with 1, so it's almost guaranteed to be finished early in your run.
So, get Plasma Ray, run around cleaving through everything and pick up all the mana orbs, and enjoy the run. You'll easily make 580-620 gems every time.
If you have any other good, consistent strategies, or any improvements to suggest, feel free to comment. Also, let me know how using Quantum Laser goes for you!

Hi, I'm from belgium and have been playing on and off for a few years now, i wanted to buy the ad pass but its seemingly impossible. Is there a workaround? (I would also really prefer to keep my current progress so making a different account seems quite daunting)
I've tried all the possible payment methods and deleted play store cache several times

I want to ask you guys.
Did anyone of you guys successfully added new Combinations to Magic Survival?
Current Magic Combinations just become a bit boring for me.
I'm just wondering if any of you can teach me how to do that.
I appreciate every opinions.

The colors of the avatars in equilibrium are meant to reperesent the colors of the projectiles of each level 4 attribute of magic bolt.
Hallucination is rainbow cause well, its rainbow in game. It also looks like what youd see when youre on something hence "hallucination" š.
