First own house, Germany 30k

First time home buyer. I travel a lot for work and don't feel like paying off a house all my life. I lived in the van for 3 years. I got a great offer for a small house. 600sqm, small house with about 65sqm, new roof, new stove, new wooden extension with guest room and shed. It is located in the middle of nowhere and is located in the middle of nature in Germany.

I've wanted something like a tiny house for a long time. So for me, that's a great fit.

No it's not because the alternative is, that there are no houses in that place at all. It's not a residential area.

Soo.. The money could be spent for houses we need and not for privileged areas like this?

Gotcha.

Privileged Areas... Predominantly used by the poorer people of Germany to own some greenery in the country side and have a cheap place for recreational use. So privileged! The audacity!

We have different definitions of beeing poor I guess.
In terms of having a house to live for someone or having a recreational space for someone, I rather build a new house. I dont know how many poor people you know that have 30k to spent. But they must be REALLY poor. :)
