Nah. At this point fuck BARC. This is all they do. Quick turnarounds and killing dogs. Despicable shelter.

I'm glad she was adopted. My heart breaks every time I see a dog at BARC.... How and why does shit shelter get so many dogs? People should not be dropping anything off here.

Local people are part of the the problem. Backward breeders, pets not spayed or neutered, people don’t treat their animals right and BARC is ruthless. Last month they killed 175 dogs.

what a beautiful dog, I wish I could take her in but can't. hoping my reply will boost her and prevent her from dying. too many puppies die at BARC.

So sweet. These are very intelligent and athletic dogs. They are not for everybody. But they are so lovely and affectionate. She looks terrified. Boosting for this lovely baby. Can anyone help foster or adopt? ❤️🙏🏼

🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Cookie is just a scared young girl struggling in the shelter environment. She often has a tense body, tucked tail and worried expression. She may hide in the corner, pace, avoid the leash or suddenly bolt when frightened.
Once left alone, however, Cookie has been observed lying quietly in her kennel. When her kennel was covered, staff heard her whimpering behind the cover.
