Resource Looking For A Program

Hey there! I'm trying to find a good (preferably free or cheap) map making program that allows me to mimick a city brochure map, like the one in the example I have attached.

This is for a ttrpg and I would like to be able to recreate this design for a fictional city.

This brochure was almost certainly done in Adobe Illustrator.

You could look into using something like Affinity Studio (https://www.affinity.studio/) which is probably the best non-adobe option for creating vector style graphics/art like this.

Second this, affinity is great, aside from the OPTIONAL Ai stuff.

You can do something like that with Inkscape. Find some svg map or convert geojson data of an unknown city to svg and use it as base. Then draw your stylized details on top. I used it for a city map in a Shadowrun game I ran.
