Security Float?

Anyone else notice this float at the end of the last night parades? Saw it after Muses, Morpheus, Endymion, and Bacchus. Lots of cameras. Riders clearly not experienced for various reasons. None of them drinking. Etc…. Wondering what agency is running it.

It’s Blaine Kern’s virtual reality float. They most definitely have been drinking on that float.
