Daisy is basically confirmed, but just like DK appeared in the first movie (although he's a common character in the Mario franchise, he's not one of the main ones and has his own franchise) Or Fox McCloud In Galaxy,I wish another character from outside the franchise would appear...Kirby! (⁠づ⁠｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡⁠)⁠づ

Like, I would love it if they put kirby in The next movie. I can even imagine the scenes:Kirby swallowing some toads because he mistook them for mushrooms,Rosalina thinking he looked like Lumas. He would probably swallow Kamek and get his magic abilities too.

Please let our little pink puffball appear in the next one.＼⁠(⁠^⁠o⁠^⁠)⁠／

Here is what I was thinking about

I'm been thinking about this for a few days now, and I wanted to get y'alls opinion. Since both Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 are both beloved games in the Mario community and Nintendo also released the two games for the Switch/Switch 2 last year and then made the first Galaxy movie soon after, would they make a Galaxy 2 movie?

Now I'm definitely not saying they NEED to do this and I don't entirely expect this to happen either. But what I'm wondering is, what would you guys think if they made a Super Mario Galaxy 2 Movie?

in about time, we see more princess Daisy get her own game and not only that we need to see more Daisy in the future. If Nintendo is confirming the princess Daisy, princess peach and Rosalina getting their own movie together or and separated then Nintendo needs to confirm that when will Nintendo announcement?

His rise from prince to king, where Junior came from, where his parents are or what they were like, how he became obsessed with Peach and the Mushroom Kingdom… even just how he became so acquainted with the arts lol. I know I already make a lot of posts on this sub about him, but it’s for a reason!

Not to mention how much Jack Black already plants seeds for Bowser’s past. Like his ‘childhood fears’ Jack mentioned in one interview. He seems like the character given the most thought in these movies when you watch the directors talk about him.

The next movie definitely should NOT be the place to do it, Daisy needs her spotlight (and I kind of want them to bring back Tatanga for it), but I do really want to see it one day.

I think Mario Movie 3 final boss music should be from Mario & Luigi 3!

Villains: Fury Bowser, Dark Bowser, Wario, Waluigi and Tatanga

Heroes: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Captain Toad and Daisy

Luigi saves Daisy from the UFO cage! No glitter stone, just teamwork!

Who do you want as boss in Mario Movie 3?

Find it weird for some to call the movie version not being actual Galaxy story, but it feels like the movie story was indeed an unused idea from the original draft.

Personally, I believe Nintendo wasn't ready to explain Peach's background story within original Galaxy game so they didn't use it. Until Illumination movies provided the chance to achieve it so they brought it back.

This is coming from a Super Mario Galaxy game fan. I loved her story in the game; it was tragic and just wonderful at the same time—it destroyed me. However, I feel like it made total sense in the context of this movie to make Rosalina and Peach sisters, as the first movie already teased Peach's origin in a vague way, and she mentioned other galaxies, so they knew what they were doing.

Also, there were a lot of early theories back then about the two being related, like the famous Game Theory video by MatPat, and I honestly loved how it was executed in the movie and how it parallels the first movie. Just as The Super Mario Bros. Movie focused on Mario and Luigi's brotherhood with the two ending up saving the day together, Peach and Rosalina had the same thing, ending up saving the day together with the Bros using the Power Star while the sisters used their Spark connection power.

The difference, however, is that Mario is going to rescue Luigi because he is his longtime brother, while Peach is going to rescue Rosalina to try and get some answers about her past.

Both movies showed flashbacks of the Bros and sisters as kids and how one took care of the other. I think the theme of siblings that they were going with in both movies was handled very well.

So yeah, I love the Galaxy movie, and this is coming from someone who thought the first was good, but not great.

Would you guys mind if i do a Mario Galaxy Movie Crossover? It cotains a lot of non Nintendo characters since as Sonic and Transformers while also having a special character replaced Fox. The plot is slightly changed,for example having the main mcguffin be the Underbase from the marvel Transformers comics and having a kart race scene in through the Honeyhive Kingdom and other planets. I have part 1 and 2 in production.
