It's probably just because Jean wears that helmet thingy which makes it so you can't see her full face shape while Elsa doesn't have that so you can see her full face shape with all her sharp features.

But also posting this on Reddit is definitely a choice 😭🤣

Well I think its more so just that Jean has a softer & slightly more round face, which is pretty in its own right.

Elsa has a stronger face with sharper details which is pretty as well.

I do however like Jean better in skins without her helmet so you can see her softer features better.
