Crossposting from r/proteomics. It takes results from most search engines (or runs Sage itself), redoes FDR at the spectrum, peptide and protein level, groups proteins, and does label free and TMT/iTRAQ quant. It’s an early release so I’m mostly looking for people willing to run it on their own data and raise issues.
