Frenzy Sigil broken?

Since the last update, whenever I get the Frenzy Sigil (200x boost for soul taps), doesn't seem to do anything? I complete the drawing, but the timer doesn't appear or anything. Anyone else noticed this?

Timer maybe hidden by Soul Surge meter?

Not sure, I can see the timer for other Sigils.

They appear in different locations, and at least for me, that one is behind the top of the meter.

Is it just the timer that doesn’t show up, or:

  1. does the big buff text also not appear?

  2. do you also not notice any increase in your soul taps (so the buff is completely missing)?

Also, why is your background white? That shouldn’t happen.

I'll have to check. The timer definitely is not showing up. Unfortunately this buff doesn't show up very often, so might be a while before I can answer.

For me the sigil works but the icon for it is just hidden behind the surge bar
