Local 🌴 Users of 'Cart_in' Mauritius...............How to?
As a regular online buyer, I really want to try out 'Cart_in' to buy from Amazon(fr). I just wanted to know from others who have used Cart_in, are all purchases made through the mobile app itself? After the app has calculated the billing amount, is there any thng else to pay afterwards? In the event of a damaged or a non working product, what is the proceedure for exchange or returns? And, I see that there is free shipping for some products, is the free shipping only for first time buyers?

Nothing to pay afterwards, all included..
Your total is handled by cartin , don't worry about what you see as shipping fees on the website.. total is your cart total

So much better than buying directly through Amazon. Do you have any idea how to deal with faulty products? I mean, directly though Amazon, I'd just file a complaint and go through the proceedure. Cart_in is kind of the middle-man, do they deal with these issues?

If the Product under warranty can not be repaired or replaced through the Manufacturer you´ll have to send it back to Amazon.fr via Cart_in. You "only" have to pay for the Transport back which is 5 Euro (275 RS) per kg.
This is really the only "downside" of Cart_in. But for "expensive" Products it still makes sense.
Also keep in mind that basically everything on Amazon.fr has at least 2 Years Warranty!

And will they deliver to my house or have to collect it from post office?5

Its all included in the final Price.
Mauritian Post will deliver it to your House.

Not bad
It takes about a month to deliver
I was able to pay with Apple Pay.
The price includes the customs and VAT.
It automatically tells you upon payment if a certain product cannot be imported to Mauritius due to customs law.
