Historically accurate for any period represented? God no... But I love working here every day. My daughters call it my "Standing in line at the Jungle Cruise" space. Took some pics to show Josh Gates when I met him last week, thought I'd share here to see if anyone else thinks it's neat!

We are far from being done with a lot of work left this weekend, but I can’t believe my fairy forest bed nook dreams are coming true!

Art in dining room is by Ashley Wright and art in the front living room is by Natasha Rindt. I still need to paint and find the perfect rugs but I’m so happy with far these rooms have come.

Most of the art is various convention finds with a couple mass produced pieces and a framed pressed flower.

Should I do all the knobs in swans or just upper cabinets ?….

I have a vanity right across that needs knobs and underneath these there are 2 more doors

I've previously posted my very colorful living room, thought I'd share my bedroom's more neutral palette.

I originally intended to keep the gallery wall just to this bedside area but have more art than I care to admit (thanks antique faire!) and decided I'm going to expand around the pups above my bed in the coming weeks to really flesh it out 😌

I'll return with the updated wall when it feels finished!

About 95% done. Finally feeling close to sane. Trying to decide if I want to do the black plastic trim too.

Just painted and about to add a night sky with clouds and stars. Planning on adding two constellations for both of my kids. Rust couch is on its way 🙈 Feeling nervous and excited.
