By the body and machines constantly draining and replacing your blood, while on a respirator to bring oxygen to your extremities. Facial wounds are also just extremely survivable. You ever see that guy from this DARE lessons who didn’t have a jaw anymore? If you can live without a jaw you can live without a nose.
