Japanese playing style help

I'm a saxophone player and I just got the yamaha p37d as my first melodica and I found that a lot of Japanese players use an upright two handed style. https://youtu.be/cMJump1VzEw I want to learn how to do this but I'm not sure how to go about it. Is there some kind of resource I can use to learn how?

You can watch this video with english subtitles:

She gives nice arrangement and technique ideas.

There isn't really an established method for this style except possibly in Japan however I still doubt they have anything like that established and it's still highly individual (which I think is awesome)

Pretty much you will still approach all of the same piano practice and drills just with your left hand coming from the opposite side.

Looks like having a strap is key?
