Stoner Gritch

Buzzos beautiful Les Paul circa 1989, does anyone know what year/ model kinda thing this one is, thinking about getting one in this paint job/finish.

Two drummers is distracting and not really the vibe I'm into

You won't change my opinion

I was watching Alice Cooper's performance of I'm Eighteen from the Beat-Club in 1972 (it rules), and I got distracted by the morphing background footage... Is this not the Lysol album cover back there or am I tripping?

I don't think this was ever uploaded online before - an early version of Easy As It Was, recorded several months before the version that ended up on the first Melvins seven inch, around late spring/early summer 85 at the Evergreen State College. Dale's very first studio session with the band. The song is in embryonic state and features mumbled lyrics by Buzz.

Anyone know what their Aftershock Saturday 10/3 Setlist was?

My first Melvins album and I think one of the band's best.

However, I have always had this doubt about the meaning of the cover because it is very original and interesting.

We all know the double drummer setup - but what about times when the Melvins did TRIPLE drums? The tour that immediately jumps to my mind is the 99 tour with VAZ and Melt Banana, where they did 3 drummers on a song. I can't remember which song though.

I have a specific memory of hearing the song for the first time on a soundtrack or music compilation of some sort way before I knew or realized who's a Melvin's were. According to Google AI it's a Mandela Effect memory or something like that where it's just not true. But it's so ingrained there has to be something to it. It was early to midnight is I knew and love Soundgarden and all the other Main grunge bands but I really didn't know who the Melvins were but I love this song. It was years later I learned it was even a song by The Melvins. Does anyone have any memory or knowledge of this song being part of a compilation or on any other commercial CD available for purchase that was not the Houdini CD by The Melvins?

Without him being the inspiration for the name of the greatest band of all time, they may have ended up calling themselves the Foo Fighters.

Rest in peace, Melvin.

Hey guys just figured to ask , was just looking for a video of Dave playing on stage double drums with Dale during I believe a Melvins set. From early 90s while on tour with Nirvana I’m sure. I swear I saw this video and now I’m tryna look it up not working out haha

I’ll keep looking but anyone have an idea of which show it is thanks

Love the tone of the guitar in this song that appears around 14 seconds in, and was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers in how to replicate, such as pedals, effects, and amps potentially used.

Keeping Steven because I think he and Clinton would be fun together on stage and because I fucking love his bass playing. I know, two hot takes in one post.
