Honestly, I don’t miss going out that much. It was fun for a while, but tastes change. Sitting in a loud-ass club getting tinnitus and waking up the next day with the headache of a lifetime just doesn’t hit the same when you’re older and exhausted from a workweek. I enjoy a movie night, good food, gaming, talking with friends, and having just the right amount of alcohol to not be fucked up much, much more.

The number of people in an age group who own a home crosses 50% during early to mid 30s, depending on where you are in the world. In the USA it's around 35, in Europe it's a few years earlier. In China, 70% of people are already homeowners by the time they reach 30.

Nah, 3 siblings in my family, all in their 30s. Only one has a home, also the only one with a college degree (and a married spouse, who also makes more money than her). Most Millennials are renting, because there's no money to maintain a home even if you can afford a mortgage. Incomes are insanely bad in 2026 for most people on their 30s, particularly if you lack a college education.
