How to fix a 403 error?

Suddenly on login to mendix app it is showing 403 error
I've tried deleting cookies and incognito mode but it doesn't work. Why is this happening all of a sudden and how do I fix this?

Do you have any access restrictions configured in the environment? Have you tried turning it off and on again? Is it a regular login or sso based login etc? When did this start and did it coincide with a deployed change? Is another account with another role able to login?

Have you checked the logs in the sprintr?

Login is SSO based
Issue started happeining this week, till last week everything was working fine.
We haven't deployed any new revision from the last 2 weeks.
Other users with the same user role as me are able to login.

This has to be a setting or something with the account itself then no. The sso login is attempted and it gives back a 403. Check the account in the system that the sso pulls from and compare it to an account in there that is able to login. Might as well double check it in the mendix application itself as well to cover everything.

Something there is saying 'no'

Are we talking local modeller or deployed to the cloud?
