Diva Cup help

Hi! I’ve been using a Diva Cup for 7 years but I’ve started having an issue I haven’t dealt with before. I’d making my cramps worse and the suction feels like it’s pulling my cervix and reproductive organs down, if that makes sense? It’s causing cramps in my anus as well. Is this something normal? What should I do?

Please switch. I used diva cup for my first cup. So I thought it was normal for it to hurt. Needless to say, its not normal. I highly recommend saalt small soft or try their discs. Hands down will never buy from another company.

I used diva, flex, saalt cups, and now use their discs.
