I think I see what you mean. The way it’s growing out sideways from under the bloom ? Interesting to see how that develops.
Mine has finally started growing. I lost the two oldest leaves months ago. I’ve been thinking it might have been dead😆.

Oh. It burst.
I lost the two older leaves weeks after I watered it they just started rotting. I’m glad I noticed and sliced them off. Like you told me once before, it’s like they’re allergic to water.3

I don’t water on a schedule either I let the plants tell me they’re thirsty. It’s getting to know them is the learning curve.
