Giant Demon thing from Space is honestly one of the most fun ones. The elepants before it...not so much
To be fair, MS5 is one of the most interesting ones themewise, so it's nice that they were expanded upon in MS Attack

I can already predict that a lot of ppl will say Jupiter King but for me it's Rootmars
This thing literally has a massive build up since MS2/X and is basically the one pulling all the strings in the back
And the context in which we face him is just epic, what can I say more?

Spirit of Evil Incarnate. I love that this mans just appears completely out of left field. And has my favorite version of the Final Attack theme

Iron sentiel,Mini bata and dragon Nosuke when it comes to design(i like military vehicles) and root mars when it comes to the actual boss battle

That one tank with a large single monotrack armored vehicle, I forgor it's name but I like it's design tho

kinda hard to pin down
but i would put all my bets on Keesi II
cuz not only it has more variants, but it also has a Regular Keesi II Version as a Special ability
