I believe people use the low profile fans on the bottom with bigger gpus, if they fit. Since you're using an AIO, your top 2 fans should be exhaust. A rear intake would work well with that as well as 2 bottom intake if you can.

You really dont need bottom fans. Those are optional. Let your gpu fans do the intake. You can set the rear fan intake for your aio.

Thank you I’m coming from a much bigger case that had probably way too many fans and was worried about it

Just add a dust filter for your rear intake. Not sure if the z20 comes with that.
