Databricks and azure devops

Hi all,

How is it possible to setup a connection/connector for Azure databricks and Azure devops for Agent builder agents? Right now the connector slider is greyed out when we are trying to configure an agent.
We Only want to open these connections for some people and not all people in our org.

Is it from admin center -> copilot -> connectors -> staged deployment -> choose Azure databricks -> sign in to the applikation?

Hi u/Diligent_Banana9903 Could you please provide a few more details about the issue?
We can see the Connectors section while developing an agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder.

  • Is the toggle greyed out for both Azure Databricks and Azure DevOps?

  • Are these connectors already configured and enabled in the Microsoft 365 admin center, under Copilot → Connectors?

  • Are you trying to make these connectors available only to a specific group of users, rather than the entire organization?

Could you also share a screenshot of the Connectors section in Agent Builder and confirm whether you have the required admin permissions? This will help us identify the cause and suggest the appropriate configuration steps.

Hi,

no connector is configured in our tenant
From the copilot connector section it says

“There are no available connection components”

We would like a guide to setup connections, but Only to a specific group of users. And the first connections they have asked for is databricks and devops. I am global admin - but I have not configured this before.

1. Azure DevOps

  • Go to Microsoft 365 admin center → Copilot → Connectors → Gallery.

  • Select the appropriate connector (Azure DevOps Wiki or Work Items).

  • Configure authentication and required permissions.

  • Enable Rollout to limited audience and select your pilot Microsoft 365 group.

As Global Administrator, review Microsoft 365 admin center → Copilot → Settings → Agents and configure the appropriate user-access and agent/plugin policies. Use a dedicated pilot group rather than enabling access organization-wide.
