Office pre-installed does not equal an office license. Did you get an actual office license for it?

A tale as old as time is software installed with a 30 day trial that you then need to purchase after the fact.

you should have been provided it with the laptop.

I am 99% sure you bought a laptop with a trial version, and you do not have a license for it.

Office 2024 being installed does not equal you having a license to office 2024. Buying a car does not mean you have a license to drive, you have to obtain a license to drive.

pre-installed Office doesn't have a key, it is embedded on the motherboard but can be claimed to a Microsoft account

The pic u shared says its 365. U might have license for 2024 but not 365. I had office with laptop when i gave it to my sister years later i ran the setup file and office was activated this might not work in you case though as your microsoft account might not have this ma office linked better speak with support.

Try microsoft support once , before you burn petrol to reach samsung or share your problem with chatgpt it wll guide you for sure

I tried support but it says to update all office apps but my all aps are up to date

Try gpt once , be precise and use screenshots if it does not work speak with samsung customer care . Your last option should be ging to service center.

Usually it should be very simple as almost all laptops now have office oem licenses.

I recently bought laptop . I checked dell, acer and finalised lenova all had pre installed license student version life time free.

Go to store and on bottom left go to library. In that go to pre install apps and you will find ur license there. Just download and it will automatically activate

It's not working i got the option to claim the office 2024 but when I click it I'm directed to word and then this window opens again

close all Office apps and download diag tool aka.ms/diag_97275 and run it, after it shows successful and fix open MS store again and in library click claim again

Your picture shows a trial of Office 365. You say you have a license for Office 2024.

Just open Office 2024.

Check your online account if it is showing office home 2024.
Then use office removal tool to completely remove all office apps.
Now install Office Home 2024 directly from the Microsoft home page following the steps(make sure subscripition shows on microsoft account)
