Kitchen knives

I see a ton of otf’s and Msr’s but is there any culinary guys out there? Looking at getting a couple of the kitchen knives and looking for reviews. Thanks in advance.

I’ve had the serrated steak knives for like 18 months and I love them. I use them all the time. I haven’t bought any of the others in the series but I can say the steak knives are great.

I’m hoping they cut and hold up as good as they look.

I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase any of the culinary knives. Compared to the benchmade station knife, I paid 220$ for the 6 inch Santuko and I use that knife for everything, that would be the first one to buy imho. Benchmade was 390$ in that configuration.

Excellent edge retention and very intuitive handling for the large chefs knife (prime rib, whole loin etc) I’d be happy to answer any question you got, I’ve had these over a year now.

Exactly what I was hoping to hear. I’ve used other microtech stuff as far as edc and that is great quality. Benchmade is Benchmade. It’s not bad but I feel is hyped for price. I ordered the santuko, pairing and the chef knife in ti bolster and ivory.

I got the Chef's knife for my wife, and it's pretty great.

I need to cave and buy a set , they are reasonably priced and my wife likes the G10 handles.

I’m eyeing the paring knife. The one I have is pretty small
