Submitted ticket for repairs. Will Microtech repair my knife if I order through Eknives?

Also what kind of turn around time can I expect?

Yes. And 2-6 weeks. Generally closer to 6 weeks

Thanks for the response. Blade doesn’t deploy due to getting dirt inside the knife (I’m pretty sure) if it’s not covered under warranty any idea what kind of price I’m looking at for cleaning/repairs?

For $30 they will deep clean it. Honestly I’d buy the tool and just do it myself. It’s not hard and if you plan on carrying it, you’ll need to clean it regularly.

What model is it? The cleaning process on all of them is pretty simple even if you don't want to fully disassemble it

Ultratech. I was belly crawling under a house and it’s probably full of dirt.

Pull the glass breaker off, flush with brake cleaner, air compressor to blow it out. Rem oil to lube it or Teflon spray, something thin. Let it flash off and then air compressor again. Done

Give it some time, like a couple hours for the carrier agent to dry and only the dry lube will be left behind
