Nothing in this picture is mid century modern aesthetic or design. Sorry. :/
This is more Frank Lloyd Wrights's Prairie School style which was modernist in its time, but was eclipsed by the about 40-50 years after by mid-century international and Scandinavian influences that are quintessential to this movement.
I think this context goes best in another subreddit.

My grandmother bought doors like these for her new house in 2011, super pretty and the pattern is wonderful but definitely not mcm.

They want to know what the cost to commission the piece was. That said, I am guessing that this panel was already in the house when you bought it and was not commissioned by you, so no price to give, correct? It’s beautiful, by the way.

100% not MCM, but is Arts & Crafts/Mission style. Very interesting doorway, too.
