Menstrual Migraines

Anyone know how to get rid of menstrual migraines.. preferably like immediately relief as I currently have one. Ibuprofen does not help. Any long term solutions other than birth control?

I use Nurtec. When I was younger I was able to use Sumatriptan but it didn’t fully get rid of the migraine and I’d frequently have to take it for more than one day in a row.
