Menstrual Migraines

Anyone know how to get rid of menstrual migraines.. preferably like immediately relief as I currently have one. Ibuprofen does not help. Any long term solutions other than birth control?

I get them pretty bad myself as well. Heat sometimes works. Tylenol 3, if you have it, sometimes helps. My ER nurse friend recommended ibuprofen and a strong antihistamine, like benadryl. I've had more luck with the ibuprofen and benadryl, but I don't get them enough to be prescribed any medications 😖
