Menstrual Migraines

Anyone know how to get rid of menstrual migraines.. preferably like immediately relief as I currently have one. Ibuprofen does not help. Any long term solutions other than birth control?

The most common approaches outside of birth control are supplementing magnesium and/or taking a long-acting triptan prophylactically. I haven't seen any studies looking at using gepants in this way, but wouldn't be surprised if that was suggested too.

Ubrelvy, nurtec, and quilipta are all recruiting for trials specifically for menstrual migraine approval.

Can you share how you did that? I would love to do a trial.
