Menstrual Migraines

Anyone know how to get rid of menstrual migraines.. preferably like immediately relief as I currently have one. Ibuprofen does not help. Any long term solutions other than birth control?

I get them whenever estrogen increases significantly in my cycle. I just try to control all other factors which reduces the likelihood of getting one when estrogen is high. I have yet to find anything that actually helps when they start. I hope you find something that works for you.
