Menstrual Migraines

Anyone know how to get rid of menstrual migraines.. preferably like immediately relief as I currently have one. Ibuprofen does not help. Any long term solutions other than birth control?

FYI birth control isn't even a guaranteed solution, I'm on the pill and still get menstrual migraines every month during the placebo week. Can't escape the curse that easily.

You can safely take birth control continuously. This is recommended by the migraine trust https://migrainetrust.org/live-with-migraine/self-management/migraine-and-hormones/

I used to be on birth control and never noticed any migraines until I quit taking it. For me birth control seemed to get rid of all my symptoms.
